Who can rent?

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• •Be 21+ years old with minimum 2 years driving experience
• •Hold a valid license and international permit (for foreign visitors)
• •Provide valid ID (passport or national ID)
• •Have a credit card for security deposit

What's not allowed?

• •❌ Smoking in vehicles
• •❌ Commercial use without permission
• •❌ Cross-border travel without authorization
• •❌ Violating Moroccan traffic laws

Booking policies

Payment required at time of booking. Security deposits are refundable upon safe vehicle return.

Cancellation rules

• •✅ Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup
• •⚠️ No-show bookings forfeit 50% of rental amount
• •📅 Date changes subject to availability and fees

What's covered?

All vehicles include comprehensive insurance as required by Moroccan law:

• •✅ Third-party liability
• •✅ Vehicle damage protection
• •✅ Fire and theft coverage

Your responsibility

You're responsible for:

• •Damage not covered by insurance
• •Traffic violations and fines
• •Fuel costs and tolls
• •Returning vehicle in same condition

Return requirements

Please ensure:

• •🛡️ Same fuel level as pickup
• •⏰ On-time return to avoid extra charges
• •🧽 Reasonable cleanliness (cleaning fees apply for excessive dirt)
• •📋 All documents returned (registration, insurance, etc.)

Late return policy

Late returns incur additional charges based on our daily rate. Contact us immediately if you need to extend your rental.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved through Moroccan courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Current terms apply to all bookings made after publication date.
